Mr. Alphin presented this idea to the Animal Science Club for a potential fundraising opportunity if the club is interested & has enough time/people, etc...
RECIPE: vinegar, vegetable oil, black pepper, salt, poultry seasoning, eggs, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper + chicken halves...slow cook chicken over charcoal barbeque pits for ~ 2 hrs. turning & basting with special savory sauce every 15 minutes...it's a different kind of BBQ!
